If you are looking to become a better leader this book provides great insight into how the most successful groups operate.
I am a huge fan of Brené Brown. In this book, she talks about the power of vulnerability. I recommend this book to anyone looking to do more self-reflection.

This book is about how trauma is passed in the family. I highly recommend reading this if you are looking to learn more about trauma.
Good Enough Now - Jessica Petite
This book is great for dealing with perfectionism. It offers reflection questions and lines to write in the book.
When you need a pep talk or an inspirational poem this is your book! It’s a quick read and all about self-love.

If you are looking to strengthen your relationship this is a good go-to book. It provides exercises to complete with your partner to get to know their communication and attachment style.
This book is packed full of information on why we sleep. Sleep is super important for your overall health. This book provides insight into why by using scientific data. It also gives you ideas on how to improve your sleep.
